Spider unimpressed with Telstra customer service

A spider has lodged a complaint with the Telecommunications Ombudsman after Telstra technicians locked the spider out of a switch cupboard where the spider had established a home.

gI was unable to access my possessions or any part of the space which I called home for the past year,h said the spider, gI am angry and distraught.h

The cupboard was reopened yesterday after Telstra staff realised the spider had been locked out. Telstra apologised for the delay in action and explained that customer service staff had initially misunderstood when the spider telephoned to complain about loss of web access.
