All of the judgments on this site are extracts from my self-published ebook, The Kangaroo
Court Report. Unfortunately I don’t
have the resources to publish the work as a hard copy book.
The ebook is essentially a collection of
judgments in similar format to those which you have already seen on this site.
Cases from the major specialist lists (Troll dispute resolution,
Flatulence, and Relationships Law) are featured.
The book is intended mainly for entertainment purposes,
however it is also compulsory reading for judges and associates who are looking
to develop that elusive “bastard” factor in their judgments.
The book is sold through an external vendor, Nospine
Publications. The book is 76 pages long or 26,000 words in length.
Please note that the cases discussed in the “cases pending” lists are
not in the book. Some jokes simply didn’t lend themselves to expansion to a full length judgments, so I used them as snippets on
this website.
The reason for this recital of facts about my book is so that anyone
who might be interested in purchasing the book can be referred to the vendor
